1. Plan and Measure: Determine the fence line and mark post locations, ensuring even spacing.
Mark and Dig Holes: Use stakes and string to outline the fence line. Dig holes with a post-hole digger or auger, about one-third the post height.
2. Set Posts: Place posts in holes, ensuring they are level. If using concrete, pour it around posts and let it set for 24-48 hours. If not, backfill with soil and compact.
3. Install Mesh: Unroll the welded wire mesh along the fence line. Starting at one end, attach the mesh to the first post with fasteners (brackets, clamps, or ties), keeping it taut and level.
4. Secure to Posts: Continue attaching the mesh to each post, ensuring it remains tight and level. Trim excess mesh with wire cutters.
5. Finishing Touches: Ensure the fence is stable and the mesh is secure. Install gates if needed, ensuring they are level and swing properly.
Tips: Wear gloves and goggles for safety, maintain consistent post spacing, and periodically check the fence for damage, especially after severe weather.
